Summary
I absolutely love this goat cheese pizza. Easy to cook - 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes directly on the middle oven rack. (I transferred to a pan after baking in order to cut it.)
The doughy crust doesn't contain a lot of ingredients or crazy chemicals (mostly wheat, cracked and whole wheat flours, with a small amount of sugar and dextrose) cooked up wonderfully crisp.
Basic ingredients: spinach, emmentaler cheese, goat cheese, tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes. The goat cheese could be better positioned.
There were exactly six circles of goat cheese on mine (and pictured on the box, so I assume that's standard) - one circle per slice. You may have to redistribute the goat cheese before cooking. While that one circle is surprising sufficient, I added another circle to my last slice (just happened to have purchased a 4-oz. log).
When reheating in the microwave, it came out as you would expect - rubbery. But heating in a covered skillet on medium-low for about 8 minutes, it was as good as when it came out of the oven originally.
Highly recommended.
